If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately.
3.4 Taylor Wellness does not guarantee any exercise, health, weight loss, or fitness results or improvements, pain relief, symptom relief, or cure of any illness through the use of the Service. Results may vary, and the Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
